Couples
Couples psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that helps partners address and resolve challenges in their relationship. It provides a safe and supportive environment for couples to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen their emotional connection. At Shifa Therapy, we are lead by the Gottman Method, which is an approach based in decades of research and studies. The couples work together to better understand eachother’s needs, strengthen their bond, and develop healthier patterns of interaction, fostering a more fulfilling and harmonious relationship.
